Partnership success factors: overcoming cultural misfit between tunisian SMEs and their french partners

This paper proposes a conceptual framework to shed light on cultural issues in health crisis between Tunisian Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) their French partners. The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of formalized management misfit can be considerable for researchers practitioners: the steps turning page paradigm distance address difference from point view mutual enrichment are worthy interest. Indeed, multivariate analysis go beyond this approach cross-cultural management. Its goal is formulate paths reflection research that will enrich understanding difficulties encountered during COVID-19 period dynamics bringing together two entities different national cultures. In order achieve objective, correlational design by Fey Denison (2003) was adopted survey, using revised measurement scales work. because concerned with studying problem analyse relationship variables. active consideration characteristics has double advantage: it helps alleviate tensions related challenges capitalize CSF derived diversity approaches.
